Commission process
Make sure that you have read my Terms of Service before proceeding!1. Establishing Touchpoints - Send me a DM on Messenger, Discord, or Twitter or email me! I'm more responsive on Messenger and Email so send your requests/inquiries there if you want your message to be acknowledged ASAP. However, do note that I am a university student so I might not be able to give a response as quickly as I would want to so I apologize in advance.2. Negotiations - After discussing the details of the commission and the payment process as per my Terms of Service, I will create the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) for the client to peruse and sign. Once the MoA is signed, I will be waiting for the deposit payment to start sketching.3. Sketching phase (Up to three passes) - Here, I will be sending sketches for the client to check the pose and composition of the piece. Revisions are most welcome during this phase.4. Color-Blocking Phase (Up to three passes) - Here, I will be sending flat-colored versions of the piece for the client to check the base colors. Revisions are encouraged to be requested here.5. Rendering phase - Here, I will only be sending updates and will no longer be entertaining ANY revisions without additional payments.6. Turn Around - I will wait for the final half of the payment before I send the piece through a Google Drive Link. Note: Make sure to save the piece within 20 days after I have sent the link because I will DELETE the folder after the deadline lapsed to save space.
